A Mixed Lubrication Model for Predicting the Lubrication Performance Degradation Behavior of Slipper Pair in Early Wear Failure

چکیده

To reveal the lubrication performance degradation mechanism of slipper pair in high-pressure piston pump during early wear failure. The three-dimensional fractal function has been used to construct surface morphology slipper, and combined with oil film thickness equation establish a mixed model considering microscopic change process. Based on theory, method using parameters (fractal dimension D scale coefficient xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">G ) describe process is proposed. variation morphology, pressure distribution are discussed, effect depth laws leakage supporting force analyzed. Finally, state simulation test carried out. information recorded for verification theoretical model. proposed can lay foundation accurately evaluating improving fault prediction predictive maintenance level pumps.
